Kristy Lee Cook's American Idol: Season 7- performance track-record: 1) Audition Week: song- "Amazing Grace" [1.15.08], result: SAFE! 2) Top 24 [12 Women] of 1960's: song- "Rescue Me", [2.20.08] result: SAFE! 3) Top 20 [10 Women] of 1970's: song- "You're No Good," [2.27.08] result: SAFE! 4) Top 16 [8 Women] of 1980's: song- "Faithfully," [3.5.08] result: SAFE! 5) Top 12 of "Lennon/McCartney" song- "Eight Days a Week," [3.10.08] result: BOTTOM 2. David Hernandez is eliminated for "I Saw Her Standing Over There" over Kristy. This is where KLC's popularity on the show begins to go considerably downhill. @ this particular point, a noticeably massive "fan-base" erupts with the intent on sending KLC home. Their accusation: for Kristy's blasphemous crime of murdering, butchering & slaughtering a Beatles' classic.
